Crackdown in Fort Lauderdale

Two local gay stripper bars have been the targets of raids recently. Both dancers and customers were arrested for "lewd behavior" The recent supreme court decision giving local communities power to regulate adult entertainment seems to be at the heart of more aggressive police action. The two clubs were Lords' and Johnny's. Ironically Johnny's, the oldest of the two, is almost right next door to the Fort Lauderdale Police station.
