Just have someone who's got a loud voice do the following.

 

Please Say Bears before each of the words on the following List.

 

 

Bears

About

Talking

Hole

Ass

This

Had

I've

Long

How

Look

 

Now have them say bears AFTER each word.

 

After that have them say Bears BEFORE & AFTER each word.

 

Lastly tell them to say in their loudest voice the list Bottom to Top.
