Hi. Sorry to be negative, but I did not enjoy the chat with Matt. Not his fault. He appears to be charming, bright and good intentioned.

 

My difficulty is that a couple of people dominated the chat. NYO is funny. No doubt about that. Unfortunately his breaking into every other thread with a "crack" left no room for anyone else. I asked a couple of questions that were never addressed. I don't think they were stupid or even uninteresting questions - but the repartee allowed no room for any serious dialogue.

 

Have to tell you that your site is great! Long needed and very helpful. I'll let you know after this weekend exactly how helpful!

 

Looking forward to the next chat group.

One thing a relative newcomer soon discovers here,N, is that there can be an air of the clique in the message center. It doesn't surprise me that it is already showing up in the Chat room. You'll notice certain names will dominate the threads in message...watch 'em do the same in CHAT.(Not referring to escorts. These guys are always interesting.) Ah, well...that's life. At least in the Message Center you get to speak, whether anyone listens or not.Chat may be a little different. This is just my observation. Anyone else notice it or am I off base?

I have to appolagize, it was a bit chaotic int eh chat the other night, but that is the nature of chat rooms, I've suggested to option of setting a theme, but I'm nto sure that would work either. If you have any questions that you would like me to address, by all means send them my way, I'd glady answer anything you ask(to my best ability)

As one of the guys who seems to dominate the message center, that's not just because I've got such a big mouth, it's also because a lot of other guys are keeping theirs shut. "Caesar would not be a wolf, were the rest of us not sheep." - to paraphrase Shakespeare.

I did try to keep it shut more on the chatroom. 1. I know I am not quick witted and tend to be windy. Therefore, this forum is more my style. 2. We do need to share the toy in there more than we do in here since we are all in real time.

Therefore, if in the future you notice me logged onto the chat room discussion and it seems like I am silently lurking, just listening to everyone else, well, that's what I often do at real life cocktail parties.

Matt is exactly correct, "That is the nature of chat rooms." I've never been in any chat room (except some that were next to empty) where a conversation was followed sentece-to-sentence, thread-tp-thread. That's not how they work. They can be disconcerting at first, but most of the cyber world is used to it.

 

And you do become used to it fairly quickly.
