Was visiting the states (Chicago) last weekend and was looking forward to doing some hiring. I'd been chatting off and on with a couple of guys on RM and A4A. When I finally saw that my schedule would allow I checked online and discovered a guy on A4A whose profile I really liked.

He was very communicative and was available to head to my hotel pretty much right away.

He was awesome. We were naked within seconds or his arrival and I was face down ass up minutes after that. Not everyone's way of doing a hookup but with a limited amount of time it was great for me.

He was a very hot looking and exceptionally good top guy. As soon as we were done I was already talking to him about re-hiring him at least once if not twice over the weekend.

I already had his fee out in plain site. As we were wrapping up I even grabbed my wallet out of a drawer and added in a pretty good tip and told him that was what I was doing.

THEN........

After saying goodbye and my promising that would be hiring him again during the weekend he left.

A few minutes later I grabbed my wallet to head out and alas NOT ONE DOLLAR was left in it. Zero. There had been somewhere around $700 left in it.

Since I had pulled out the wallet from it's hiding place to tip him, and then left it laying out (as I trusted him by then as he had been soooooo good), and hadn't left my room nor had anyone else come into it there was only one person who could have emptied my wallet.

I texted him saying "nice work slick" and he answered "excuse me". Through several emails he continued to claim that he hadn't taken anything and that I was there and would have seen it.....blah blah.

I'm pretty sure I remember exactly when it happened. I had already paid and tipped him and he said "you want some more I can go again" to which I said of course. This time he maneuvered me around so I was back face down on the bed with him standing behind me and the desk behind him. I heard him rummaging around and assumed that he was grabbing lube or something. Turns out what he was grabbing was every cent I had.

Live and learn. I normally keep everything like cash, wallet, jewelry, etc., pretty well hidden or locked up but we had gotten along so well that I didn't think it was necessary to hide the wallet again after tipping him.

He was good enough that he would have probably gotten all of that cash at some point over the weekend anyway but in this case he became a very well paid escort for an hour.

Sorry to hear what happened. I always have my wallet out of site and no where to be quickly found. I have the fee (plus reasonable tip) for time, available but just out of sight. Should my hire find the fee money, that is all he is getting.

That's what I always do but I was feeling so good about the meeting that I pulled out the wallet to get a tip. Turned out to be a helluva tip.

Crime in Chicago has been in the news & on the rise.

In all seriousness, so sorry that you were victimized this way....Of course it stings, but if the loss was only (mostly) funds you would have used that weekend for hiring, not the end of the world.....learn from the experience so that it's not easily ever repeated & move on.

So topping you really good is all it takes ?:D

Well it was all it took with me apparently. Years of hiring and this was my first time getting ripped off. Oddly enough I had started getting paranoid about him when he insisted on calling me on the hotel phone rather than my cellphone. As I was waiting I started worrying that I was being set up in a LE sting operation. As soon as he came in, looking hotter than hell, and immediately stopped down I knew I relaxed as I knew I wasn't getting arrested. Little did I know what was going to happen..................

Any reason why you don't disclose him name? It's something many of us would like to know so we don't get burned by the same guy.

It is only cash. I'm glad he didn't try anything else like beating you up or something. That would be my greatest fear as I'm sure most guys I hire could easily overwhelm me. I try not to keep all the cash in one spot. I usually have their fee in my coat jacket near the hallway closet so I can give to them on the way out. For overnights, i always tell them i need to go to the ATM with them in the morning to give them a tip, so that they won't strangle me in my sleep.

Did you review him?

Knowing which provider is definitely something other clients could benefit from knowing. I hope you will consider writing a review. So sorry this happened to you. Can never be too careful it seems.

Sorry about the horrible experience. I for one prefer to hire incall service because I’m not comfortable enough to invite strangers to my personal space. As for my wallet, it is always inside a zipped pocket. The only thing that’s easily accessible is his payment inside an envelope. It has his fee and including tip.

During warmer weather I usually put my wallet inside my pocket and roll it up after I take them off so the pocket is not readily accessible. It’s not that I don’t trust those I hire but this is not the first time I’m hearing about this situation in this forum. You should seriously tell forum readers his name. It’s may be too late to save your $$$ but you might be saving others from facing the same bad experience.

Wallet and Laptop and Jewelry locked in Room Safe --

1 Envelope with agreed upon in the desk == 2nd Envelope with Tip Money kept elsewhere in the room in case you decide to tip --- ie your ass your shoes - btwn mattress and box spring - tuck behind the great original Picasso in your room etc-

If local I’ll often go to a meet with only ID, one credit card, and cash in pocket for fee, only....rest stays locked in car. Even if I’m checked into a hotel.

Traveling always use room safe, front desk safe (great choice though not as available as used to be), hide stuff in room or in rental car.

I’ve always figured if I get forced out to parking lot I can make enough of a vocal stink to get attention, use car panic alarm Etc.

since the meeting took place, a daddysreview is probably the only way the provider can be ID'd.....the provider will be able to rebut the review, if he chooses......detailed reviews aren't allowed here in the forum and a post naming a provider "accused" of robbery would probably be deleted.....I suppose the client (tanman4u) could offer to answer PMs, but he may not want to do that......

best moral of the story is to do what others suggest upthread regarding your valuables in a hotel room
