Baseball agent Jason Wood is being investigated by the player’s union for allegedly filming numerous clients while they were using his shower, seven sources tell FanRag Sports.

Three sources say that Wood has been fired by CSE, where he was the President of Baseball. A search to replace him is underway, with the agency hoping to find someone to fill that role soon. Some players have already fired CSE and have hired new representation or are looking to do so in the near future

An agent for numerous minor and Major League Baseball players has been fired by his agency and has been suspended by the players’ union for allegedly filming his clients while they were taking a shower.

Jason Wood, who was the President of Baseball at Career Sports Entertainment, has been let go by the company for which he had worked since April, when CSE acquired the agency he founded.

A player who chose not to be identified recently took a shower at Wood’s home, according to the FanRag Sports report, and found a camera. The player fired Wood after a confrontation, and there is an investigation into him allegedly filming numerous others.

Wood, who was based in St. Louis, represented Red Sox star Andrew Benintendi as well as former Yankee David Phelps and Rays’ Jake Odorizzi, among others, according to Sports Business Daily.

I suppose the appropriate question to ask is Are the tapes available for viewing by the general public?

Yes, the story is just an accusation unless we see the evidence.. Produce the pictures :)

This makes me wonder, some of those shower scenses in gym lockers -are they actual porn or god forbid some pervert taking videos of unsuspecting people?

A lot of them in the 90s and early 2000s were the latter. It's probably got more than a little to do with why so many guys in locker rooms are ridiculous about making sure nobody gets a 0.1 second glimpse of their ass or dick.

"Wood represented many players around MLB, including the Boston Red Sox’s Andrew Benintendi, Colorado Rockies’ Riley Pint and Atlanta Braves’ Joey Wentz."

So I just googled pics of all 3 and all I can say is...girlfriend has a type.

On a side note...I was under the impression technology for this sort of thing had evolved to the point that someone finding the camera would be pretty much impossible. I'm surprised when people get caught, especially because this guy would seem to be able to afford top of the line stuff.

The obvious question is why are multiple clients showering in his home? There is no circumstance for that to make any sense. "I'll be happy to represent you, but first you need to do me a peculiar favor..."

When talking about this on sports radio, it was mentioned that sometimes ballplayers will stay at agents home rather than at hotel.
