I am sometime surprised by photos posted of an escort. They do not seem to flatter the person. It would seem that any responsible escort would want to have his best side presented on this site and that is definately not true as to some of their pictures.

kjun, I wholeheartedly concur with your concern. A rather cute 'scort and I have seen each other on about five or six occasions during the past two years. His photos on at least two or three sites do NOT come to capture his physical attractiveness, and it is unfortunate. He and I have briefly discussed this, but he has not found time to have his pics retaken and changed at the various sites on which he appears/promotes self.

One theory about advertising is to actually 'undersell'… This is a marketing ploy that was explained to me by an escort that also worked extensively in marketing. The premise being that when selling a product something should be left to the imagination. This not only acts as an enhancing effect, but also a ploy to make the actual goods when delivered seems of greater quality.

 

The above explanation was given to me in response to my noting that the escort in question not only looked a lot better than his photos but also provided services above and beyond those mentioned on his website. Needless to say this guy did not disappoint… and he knew what he was doing because he was constantly busy.

 

However, I have experienced ‘situations’ when the pictures looked much better that the ‘delivered product’ and it certainly did not make for much repeat business…

In my experience, most of the people I have met online (non-escorts and escorts alike) have posted pictures that are either 5 years old (making them look younger than they really are today), or they have posted that "one great picture" that was taken at "just the right angle" that makes them appear "better" than they actually look in real life.

 

They post THIS one picture as thier "primary" photo, which makes for a disappointing encounter.

 

I have absolutely NO problem turning people down becasue I feel they misrepresented their age/picture/weight, etc.

 

I dont even pay them for their gas because they havewasted my time as well.

I am amazed at the ones who post blurry or out of focus pics of themselves.

The ones that make me giggle are the ones taken with a cell phone-usually held by the guy himself!Always badly lit,out of focus,and usually involving a mirror so that we get flashback and a view of a dumpy apartment/hotel room!

Definitely.."Underselling" to some of the Hot Hunks such as Mark#3/Chicago has not hurt his Image. He will not send Dick or Butt Shots out..He does believe leaving something to look forward to, adds to the Session. He does provide that Goodlooking Face & Torso, which I would rather know about..Than ending up with an "Ug" who has a Big Dick and Butt.But doesn't show his Face or much of a Torso either! :+
