The holiday is approaching and I need to make plans to celebrate the new year before evrything becomes booked. I am looking for something different this year.

 

Initially I was planning on New Orleans for the holiday but due to current events I've decided against that. Maybe later next year.

 

Usually I head to NYC, SO.California or Las Vegas to ring in the new year. Now I'm seeking suggestions for something "nearby (Texas) and different."

 

Any ideas?
