I'm very surprised to read HooBoys message this morning(10th) and learn that the donations to date have come nowhere near clearing off his $4000 debt to Verio. How many people use this site regularly, either as entertainment (me) or a resource for...companionship? A whole freaking lot, that's who. Hey, fellows, let's get off our collective asses and get this debt off our heroes back! I think it probably just about kills HooBoy to have to bring this up, so let's erase it so it never has to be mentioned again. I can tell from reading stuff on here that a lot of you are in far higher income brackets than me, but G.D. it, I was happy to make my donation for a web site that allows me the

vicarious kick this one does. It doesn't take a whole lot of $$$ individually, just collectively.

Let's do it,guys!

Another History Lesson

The site did not just come into play without ups and downs. One problem was when Hooboy realized that his new servers were due $4000. So, a collection was taken to help out. This is where I first recall Daddy becoming a prominent figure in the development of the site, but I could be wrong!

Also, HooBoy was seldom in the United States for any length of time. I remember HooBoy's messages around Thanksgiving 2000 from London about all the technical problems he was having posting the newest reviews. He could get upset when technology did not work for him. Me too. HooBoy liked drama. Daddy has a different style, but just as effective.

I regret never meeting him. Over the years, I have talked to many people who did know HooBoy. Without exception everyone liked him very much from Aaron Lawrence to Tristan Waters to Kristian LA on and on. I never hired Aaron, I met him at a book signing of his book on escorting. His bf attended with Aaron, cute guy.

Lucky I believe you are correct based on memory. But prior to his use of a hosting company the site was actually a sub domain of a free hosting service. I am certain deej will remember those days.

Anyway, HB was a visionary he alone created the concept from my understanding based on several people who considered themselves good friends of his.

Its nice to see daddy and TotallyOz recreate his vision and keep gay escort review sites alive online.

This is the other key piece of your statement. HB's vision was unique. Daddy has given us a vessel in which to continue it as our idea of HB. TotallyOZ has also given us an alternative, or a complementary, vessel in which to do the same thing. And, in both cases, of course to extend them to everyone in the way that the sexual urge would suggest.

That run-together paragraph above is simply to admit, I have no idea what I am saying. :)

"Everything should be made as simple as possible, but not any simpler. If we knew what we were doing, it would not be called research, would it?" Einstein

"The Universe is not only queerer than we imagine; it is queerer than we can imagine." J.B.S. Haldane

"If the idea is not at first absurd, then there is no hope for it." Einstein

Repeating, with modulations: TotallyOZ has given us an alternative, or a complementary, vessel in which to do the same thing. And, in both cases, of course to extend them to everyone in the way that the sexual urge would suggest.
