Here is a book recommendation: fiction, a gay couple raising children, an extended family, intergenerational love affair (although, sorry to disappoint you all, the couple is male/female) and gay marriage.

It is very well written, with a good use of language, the gay characters are central to the story and definitely part of the everyday fabric of life, as opposed to this being a gay novel by a gay writer where everything and everyone lives and loves in an urban gay ghetto.

Highly recommended. The author happens to be straight, by the way, for those keeping score.
