The rooms are simple and clean: basically a bed with clean sheets, and a bathroom with sink, toilet and shower. My first one was French and stayed a bit. Then a few years later I had an Italian guy a few times. There is an early and late shift. you can schedule a lime when they overlap. You can also reserve a room. This is a good idea because they are busiest when the selection is greater.
