Buried deep in another thread, Benjamin Nicholas today spoke to the allegation that he had in fact been the person who outed a client, a situation that led to much gossip through the halls of Hooville.

Lest his comments get ignored, I thought it best to give them a thread of their own, so the clarification of this "massive misunderstanding" is here for all to see:

Y'know, I've been quiet for awhile on this issue of 'Did BN out his client' gossip.

I'm really getting sick of it being the archaic swansong of guys like Woodie, Doug and the rest of the chickenshit girls club. They might be great spin doctors, but they're terrible when it comes to the truth.

I did not out anyone. Period. A few weeks ago i talked with the person in question who i supposedly 'outed.' He told me a few specific things that i 'said' in regards to his profession and they didn't even come close to matching up with what i know to be the truth. It was all bullshit. We made amends over this massive misunderstanding and things are now okay. Rule of thumb when it comes to successful bullshitting- Make sure you have the main facts straight and spin from there. This was by far one of the most lazy smear campaigns i've ever dealt with...

There should be no misunderstanding: I would never compromise someone's life like that. It's not right and it's not fair.

It's ironic that other escorts who have gone on very public record in distributing client info are immediately forgiven, but with me, where there is no tangible proof, i'm still brought up as the poster child for deviancy.

I can't apologize for something i didn't do, but i will apologize in a public forum to the person who's info was outed on escortspeak for having to endure this whole mess. He didn't deserve it. He's a really good guy.

Well, it goes both ways, I suppose. We can let certain people take over the discussion here, or we can try to have a good website in spite of them. That's why I am trying to encourage the new posters and welcome back some of the guys who have dropped out for awhile.

Your statement deserves to be highlighted so the record is clear. But, if you think that I usurped your prerogative to a point that is detrimental to you, then I would not disagree with the moderator deleting this thread.

I truly hope that you have been able to make amends with "the person in question." He is a good guy and he held you to very high esteem, you were is #1 Escort, and he considered you a friend. In the end it makes no difference what anyone thinks about the situation except him.

And a few of us are trying to get on the band wagon and help things along.

Gee, Ben I think the above is the downside of writing a weekly column, which is mostly focused on you and your various activities and opinions.

So Benji now finally denies that he discloses confidential information about clients. No need to re-hash disputes which have played out in full. Let's just re-post the evidence of Benji's profound violations of client confidences, and let any prospective client compare it to Benji's denial and see what they believe:

(1) According to Benji's own clients and fans, he violates the privacy of his clients by gossiping about their identity and activities. Here's what one of Benji's clients recently said on Benji's own Yahoo Group (where messages only get posted if Benji approves of them, meaning he approved of this one):

<<You live in SA? OK, here's what you do. Before you try bottoming for your bf again, schedule an appointment with Benjamin. I promise that he'll make it feel GREAT!!

Benjamin is much too discrete to divulge publicly the men he has

topped. However, if you meet him in person, he might disclose one or two. Believe me; you will be impressed.>>

(2) Long before VM ever posted on the other site about the priest-client, that information had been long known to many, many people because Benji ran out gossping about that client and what he did for a living (as well as how he paid Benji's fees). What VM wrote was merely a re-cap of information Benji had long ago disseminated.

All of this was discussed and documented - including by many neutral posters here with no axe to grind, such as Glutes - in this thread about Client Confidentiality: http://babydb.male4malescorts.com/m4mdc/dcboard.php?az=show_topic&forum=7&topic_id=55520

Anyone interested can read it there. As Glutes pointed out, there are numerous people who have hired Benjamin only to find that he thereafter disclosed personal details about them to other clients who subsequently hired him (as in: "Do you know so-and-so on Hooboy? You won't believe what he does for a living . . . . "). The way that I (and so many others) found out that a particular poster/client here is a Priest and church official is because that poster hired Benji, who then told several other posters here who hired Benji.

(3) Tomcal - a sainted, widely-admired poster, wrote a post a year or so ago about how Benji would talk about clients with other clients, gossiping about their identity, what they did for a living, etc. That thread got locked by Hooboy, but the link is the in the thread I just linked to.

(4) Benji included this statement on his "blog" a few weeks ago, and then refused to apologize for it or retract it even in the face of widespread anger here:

"I got an email today from a friend who escorts in LA letting me know that a recent hourly appointment of his was none other than reality nudist Richard Hatch! Why was I not surprised?"

So now Benji glibly and summarily denies that he violates client confidences. There's the evidence suggesting that he does. Any prospective client should decide for himself.

I do feel you have been beat up a little too much on here and as I said earlier, the main thing is that you and the person involved mend the problem. As I also said in another thread about VM, he does not need to apologize to anyone here except the client(s) he thrashed and mentioned personal info about.

But, with that said, I have met many M4M'ers and the information that VM posted was already gossip amongst many BEFORE VM put that info on the internet. That gossip originated with persons that had hired you and stated you were the source. Even M4M'ers that I have met that are clients of yours and big fans, will freely admit that you do talk about other client's personal info with them. Therefore some of what Doug says is correct.

You have much business with many repeat clients for long multi day sessions. Therefore I doubt that any of the mentioned situation will harm your business even though it did get a few of us to mark you off our list after we heard the "gossip". My feelings in this whole thing is for the client, who I have personally met, and how both you and VM have affected him personally. Rehashing this thing can only hurt him more.

I don't want to jump on the bash Benj bandwagon and hope this thread does not become that. I very much respect you telling your side of things but, I just felt I should say what was common knowledge amongst many and what many here are afraid to say for some reason. Hopefuuly all have learned a few lessions from this whole episode.

"Any prospective client should decide for himself."

Which is where we were at the start of this. If anything has been learned, it is that clients value discretion and confidence. Now Benjamin's prospective clients can take his statements and his pledge and make their own judgment to hire or not.

The rest of us can decide whether to move on from this controversy or not. I vote for moving on, which, for me, means not adding any more to this thread!

Move on from this 'controversy'?

Are you aware that half the posts in this thread are by you & BN?

If you "vote for moving on, which, for you, means not adding any more to this thread!" then you shouldn't have posted comments from BN which were already posted in another thread to begin with. Not to mention - STOP CONTRIBUTING TO IT!
