Does anyone know of a web-site (or other venue) to find out about staying with someone in their country while on vacation and then reciprocating when they come here to the US ?

Someone I know is part of an organization called something like SERVAS. It's just what you described. He's had a whole raft of young dudes come visit him from all over apparently. (Or am I getting them mixed up with the hunky babysitters he keeps hiring fjor his kids?)
