All ran for cover this morning as a rain drop fell on Vancouver, B.C. after a week of blissfully sunny, mild weather. Hordes of cute guys were forced to seek shelter momentarily. Those in tank tops shriveled in fear as they debated the possibility of getting wet. The shirtless skateboarders in town for the North American Skateboarding Contest rolled on, unaware of the world around them.

Fortunately the drop evaporated, and, although the sky is still dark and cool, it looks like another day of guywatching is safely at hand.

This city often gets overlooked as we discuss Montreal, but it is truly a beautiful and delightful place, especially in August, when rain is minimal. No hurricanes here. The main risk is neck pain as one keeps bobbing the head back at forth at the march of the studs, whether it be in the gay Davie Street neighborhood or the straight Granvillle night club district. Although lacking in strip clubs, there is a bathhouse whose clientele would fit anyone's definition of gorgeous. We did go to a strip night at the Dufferin Pub on Friday, only to see that they had not started at the correct time and the first dancer, a tattoed hunk, was just finishing his number, waving his big cock at a gaggle of guys...and girls. Then there was a 45 minute break before the next performer. Since there was nothing to see at the Pub, we went over to Granville and parked at Starbucks to watch the parade go by...the guy parade, I didn't see the girls they were with! Back to the Dufferin for one final dancer, doing the old cop routine. He wasn't nearly as hot as the real undercover cop I spotted outside the skateboard venue.

Such a beautiful city!

It was a great choice to follow up my visit to Seattle. The city has just about everything you could juant. Yes, it has Juan and Kevin, two true professionals who believe in customer satisfaction. When Juan says he is always hard, he isn't kidding! Definitely a major tourist attraction here!

They say the weather holds well through September, so I suggest adding it as a destination. Asian lovers would also be particularly happy here...and the seafood is great.

The only "hurtful" thing that happened here was at the baths, when a young Asian guy I had met was taking off his clothes, he asked me how old I am. I answered truthfully, and he responded: "Gosh, you are the oldest person I have ever been attracted to!"

So it's downhill from here. I guess I am ready to take up golf now.

Well Gramps.

I resemble that remark and also play at golf.

Does that mean we`ve all gone to Hell or Trollville?

P.S. Vancouver is indeed a beautiful City.I understand that they are considering creating a totem of Juan`s appendage in Stanley Park.

I need to meet Vancouver`s latest attraction before he moves to Amsterdam. :9 :9

Lucky it is still nice and sunny here in Seattle, you should come back down. And as for the stupid boy who made that comment, if that would have been me he said that to he would have found a size nine motorcycle book up his bum! If ya make it back down to Seattle I'll show ya some respect.

Hugs,

Greg

I agree with Lucky that Vancouver is a beautiful and delightful city. This summer was my first time there, but I definitely will return. I especially want to thank Juan for tipping me off about Wreck Beach. I'm too old to cruise college-age males, but I certainly enjoyed ogling the endless parade of desirable flesh.

Indeed they do. It's nice to be back with the family intact. I got to meet a lot of Hooville guys this month and enjoy some great entertainment. I have to say that Danny in Montreal was one of the highlights. Thanks for the recommendation, Cooper!

Hey guys,

sorry it took me that long to respond to this thread... I was with a friend having sex. :+

NO, seriously, life has been hectic lately, plans are changing like crazy and life -as always- is filled with fun, challenges and crazy activity.

And to be honest, I would never allow myself to tell people how long can we latinos fuck for... but I would be more than glad to let them use me as a guinea pig to find out. (Nothing better than a hands-on experiment in my mind)

Hugs!

Hey Lucky!

Sorry it took me so long to respond; life has been crazy lately and this is the first time that I allow myself a little bit of time to actually visit this site.

I am very happy that you had a good experience in our beautiful city. I guess that now you can see why is it that I am so in love with it. Hot guys all over the place, amazingly beautiful sights, clean and safe city, and a "take it easy" kind of attitude towards almost everything.

It was great to be able to meet you and show you the joys of Canadian hospitality. Currently Kevin and myself are running for office. We want to be the head of the Board of Gay tourism. Wouldn't it be fun to have an office fully devoted to promote, homogeneize, and regulate gay fun? Wouldn't it be fun to be responsible for welcoming and looking after all gay (or bisexual or undetermined) visitors and make sure that they are having a great time?

By the way, funseeker, all that fuzz about the totem is just a rumour...

And Laurent, I am glad that you enjoyed Wreck beach. That's one of my favourite places in our city. I hope that it will still be open for at least one more month.

Hugs to all from the deliciously fun Raincity! (Which is actually pretty sunny as of now)

Thanks, Juan, and I hope that you are in Vancouver the next time I'm there. Mitch never responded to my e-mails,and, fool that I am, I did not contact anyone else. One attractive young man on Davie Street one night approached me, saying that he was looking for a "friend for the night." Although he was pleaant and desirable and spent considerable time with me, I decided not to take the chance. I prefer to hire a known quantity or at least one who advertises on a recognized site.

By the way, I think that every food lover should have a meal at O"Douls.
