I have been reading a lot about how local communities have been expending a lot more resources on apprehending pedophiles.

 

As for your question, I have no idea what has happened to Marc Anthony. I hope he's OK.

Marc doesn't post here anymore, like OZ he felt that the current management might not be honoring the true wishes f HooBoy and has elected to simply step aside.

 

He is doing as well as ever. If someone was truly enterprising they would start a twinks only message board because peoplelike Marc and OZ and firecat (AKA the worlds biggest asshole would keep it full of important and fun information.

There are a number of long time regulars (Boston Guy, Lucky) who do not post here any more, likely for the same reason (the wishes of HooBoy are not being followed). HooBoy has become the new Jesus, now that he's dead people can use him to justify anything. Pathetic.

How odd. If one of my best friends died and people were doing things inconsistent with his wishes, I would do what I could to stop them, rather than meekly and quietly "step aside."

 

I guess we all handle different situations differently.

Alan Boston Guy has posted recently just do a search for his name. You'll find plenty of posts, long winded and pointless.

 

Lucky, I believe, wrote here or on ES that he is taking a break from posting.

I believe that I have this right, if not I am sure you will correct me.

 

I have posted on this site for five years. It was often said by people in a position to know that HooBoy rarely read threads on the message center. It bored him. He did post here, but not very often. There were many, many battles here while HooBoy was alive. Why all the mystery?

For those not in the "know" like me, it does seem strange to just walk away from this site without a battle after so many years of very active participation.

I have never met or talked to Boston Guy, But I have met Lucky (and if he wasn't spoken for, I would love to do more than just talk ....apologies to his partner). While I can't speak for Lucky, I seriously doubt that his silence in the recent week or so has ANYTHING to do with Hooboy's wishes for this site. To assume things not in evidence, well I believe all of the law and order shows have something that falls in that category....

People stop participating not only because the site changes, but also because their lives change and they no longer have the same interests that prompted them to start posting here. I have stopped posting regularly, largely because I have become bored with rehashing the issues that seemed exciting to me six years ago.

Excellent point, Charlie....I rarely post now: I have a boyfriend and therefore, escorts and escort-related issues have taken the back seat in my life. I do visit the MC regularly, but I hardly read reviews and I haven't posted one in ages.... ;-)
