Any houses for rent in Montreal?

Does anyone know of a house or detached condo for rent in the Montreal area? I'm looking to spend 6 nights during October. It has to be non-smoking, no pets, clean, safe, and quiet with no neighbors above or below (or side-to-side) to wake me up. Strong shower pressure is a plus.

 

I stayed at the Hyatt Montreal which was a great location; however, it's very hard to sleep from 6am-3pm in a hotel setting. Plus $20 for parking per day sucks.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated.

This looks exactly like what I'm looking for, except theres no way to tell if there's a loud club nearby or anything like that ;-)

Ummmm...I assume you're talking about the apartments or townhouse that they are advertising. Because the rest of it is a Bed and Breakfast. I can assure you people will be up and making noise (and the staff will be cleaning) in the morning.

 

As for there being a club nearby, why don't you call and ask them what's in the neighbourhood?

u might also try on http://www.craigslist.org go to montreal and vacation rentals.. they usually have some nice looking places there as well

There is La Presidence at Sherbrooke and Berri - close to village. They have Executive Suites that a quite large with kitchen - not that expensive.
