Hi Rocky,well for starters you might want to do a search on this Messege center(Montreal hotels might be a start)but I think most of the info will be a little out of date.

If you want to be really close to the action and don't mind a mid level property that charges more than they should,then the Gouvenour is going to be your best bet.

A lot of fellas here have become converts to priceline-even those that were died in the wool Gouv'fans changed their minds when they saw that they could stay at the same level of property for half the cost.

Montreal has a great subway system and all of the downtown hotels(3 and 4 star)are close to a subway stop-as are the clubs in the village.

I'm mystified -- what's the connection between your cialis incident and Montreal?

 

As for Montreal: give yourself an hour to look at old posts in the male strip club forum where there is lots of information about Montreal in general, not just about the strip clubs. It was invaluable to me when I was making my first couple of trips there.
