The "New" Sesame Street

Well, Sesame Street is updating to reflect the new reality. (Actually, Sesame Street came a long time after my childhood. But I became aware of it due to my nieces and nephews.)

 

Looks like they're finally adressing signficant issues of current relevance. (I've often wondered about Bert and Ernie.)

Is now the time for me to confess that I used to sleep with a Grover hand puppet? (This time, I am totally serious. I had a huge crush on Grover and Snoopy, what can I say?)

 

And as for this updated Sesame Street...it scares me! Leave my childhood alone! :o
