If you are in the same region as the number you are trying to call you can omit the regional label parts of the number (country code, and in most countries the area code) and the system connects you anyway. In the PSTN, the + tells the system to use the international dialling code for the country you're in (be that 011, 0011, 00 etc) so you don't have to remember it. The full number including the + still works if it's a local number so if you travel it makes sense to save the whole thing in your contacts. WhatsApp, on the other hand doesn't use the switching coded into the number, it is just a label for your WhatsApp account, and like any url, it can't recognise part of the label so you need to enter the whole thing. His services are more expensive than most ($450 vs. $300 "standard" rate) but in my opinion, he definitely delivered more than 1.5 times the value of a "standard" escort). The physical aspects are as pictured and advertised; for me, he was more attractive in person. Easy to be with, perfect sexually, beautiful body a real man's man. For some aligning of the gods I ended up in this hotel room that was straight from a movie set. If you're ever in Frankfurt, try the Frankfurter Hof Steigenberger, it was over the top including s huge shower with a rain head that has lighting that changed color. A venerable old place, redone by Vegas! Axel is easy to talk to, very pleasant on the eye and just all around a great guy. Only downside was my early plane! Axel is everything everyone says he is and more. Incredibly expensive but that's what we work for. He did say he would be in New York in September....unfortunately I will be in Colorado on business.
