I have noticed that some escorts refer to themselves as (half cut/euro).

What does this mean exactly??

It may refer to "semi-circumcision": the penis is loosely circumcised. The head is exposed, but there is still some loose skin when erect.

Exactly. Even though I was circumcised as an infant, the doctor left most of my foreskin. The head is visible, but not completely exposed. I have seen people refer to it as "semi-cut."
