The video is at least 5 years old. According to the comments on YouTube, it was staged. They weren't actually guards.

I just saw at an online newspaper (I don't know if that word is still in use...), I searched "royal guard" and "dance" on this site, I didn't find anything recent and I posted it, that's all I know.
