You can probably do an image search on your iPad if you use Chrome- at least you can on your iphone. Open up the ad in Chrome and 'press' on the picture. Some options should come up like saving the picture to your iPad. But one of the additional options should be- 'Google Search for image'.

 

As for this guy- even if he were real - the ad doesn't really say anything about interaction other than him being a top. He's straight- doesnt really list interaction- and no fees listed. All are danger signs in my book.
