Harry will be knocked down a notch by each of Williams children regardless of the sex of the child. With the new order, this child will be fourth and stay fourth with subsequent siblings, whereas with the old order, a boy would have held fourth while a girl would be passed by any subsequent brothers, which is what happened to Princess Anne. She started out third and now will be down to 12 or so. Prince Phillip, by virtue of his own blood line back to Queen Victoria is in line but way down the list.
