Deep cleaning

Does anyone have useful tips on how to deep-clean, i.e. beyond the rectum?

 

Any info about products for bowel cleansing, like Phospho-soda, Klean-prep, Dulcolax, or similar products would be welcome too. With "any info" I mean info how to use, but also why not to use.

Dulcolax is a laxative and in my experience laxatives make things messier. Your milage may vary.

 

For deep cleaning, we use in Europe one of these shower attachments mentioned in this thread: http://www.companyofmen.org/showthread.php?91617-Best-Lube-for-FF-and-Clean-out-Tips-for-Bottoms-and-Opening-Strategies-for-Tops/page2.

 

They're flexible and silicone-made (maximum length about 50cm/20 inches)

I understand they're not practical to use with a traditional US shower (like the one you find in most hotels).

I think you have to experience by 'trial and error' and find out which technique works best for you and your body. Your diet will also play an important role in it.
