Gentlemen,

I'm happy to announce that I've just launched www.SeanXavier.xxx.

The men here at Daddy's have the most discerning of tastes, so I'd welcome any feedback you have on the visual design, interface, and overall appeal of the site. Constructive criticism is enthusiastically welcomed. I created the site myself; so, I have full control on editing and changing content as needed. Of course, if your enticed to meet me in person, after our virtual encounter, I'll know that it's a definite success. By all means, give me a call.

Thank you, and Feel You Soon,

Sean Xavier

Hey, Sean. Welcome to Daddy's! I love the overall look of the site and of course your photos. The fonts, the clean look of the site, the slogans in the middle of the pages ("cock throbbing yet?") are great.

Here are a few thoughts:

1 The downwards arrow labeled with "scroll down" at the bottom of the page is a bit confusing, because I expected that clicking on it would actually scroll down the page. Maybe you can link that down arrow to the next page. Or you could put those 5 dots at the bottom instead, and label each symbol so it's clear what it links to.

2 Maybe change "I get off, turning you on" to "Nothing gets me off like turning you on." The second one is stronger and clearer.

3. Consider adding a contact page and "contact me" link on every page of your site. That way, people don't have to scroll around to find your gmail and phone number. You'd be surprised at how lazy people can be!

4. IMO, you want to be front and center in every photo you use. Why introduce competition? So I would take this photo out: http://static.squarespace.com/static/534d3668e4b0efa1c9c361bd/535195ade4b076631494fae3/535195b2e4b0c67c912d6f77/1397856494350/Stroke5.jpg?format=500w .

5. Photos: I'm a woman, and you probably want a man's opinion on this. But I'll give my thoughts as someone familiar with selling in general. You want your last picture to be one of your best, because that will be the last thing many people see before they decide whether to call. The photo you have on that page (with the beach as a background) is good, but I think many others are better. I'm a woman, but here are two I really like:

I hope your site helps more people learn about you and makes your business take off!

Sean....

The ultimate test is whether or not it would send my "business" your way and the answer is an enthusiastic yes!

Perhaps some sort of reply mechanism would be nice, but I think that the site itself is a total winner. And I would 100% hire you - (when are you next in New York City?)

Bravo, man!

Gentlemen (and Gentlewomen, I now see),

Thank you so much for the feedback! I definitely will put your suggestions into action. I was really hoping to be as titillating as possible, Mr. Rich; glad you agree. I'll be posting my NYC trip in the travel section soon, NakedTop; I'll be there the 13th-19th next month! Call me - 407.900.9589

Ms. Fluff, thank you for the thorough evaluation. Some of the issues you mention have to do with my coding ability (moving the parallax linking to the bottom of the window as opposed to the sides, for instance); however, I do agree, the navigation can be clearer. Other suggestion, such as image choice, definitely needed a fresh set of eyes. I look at myself in the mirror everyday, but that still doesn't mean I know how I "look." I'll be making some changes.

Thanks again, and I look forward to hearing more from you guys!

When you said you made the site, I thought you just designed not, not actually executed it yourself. Are you a web designer by trade? Going beyond the basic functionality of web design software (and especially editing actual code) is impressive for someone who doesn't do that for a living.

I'm sure your intelligence is a big draw for clients too.

GREAT site... congratulations... the main theme that comes across to me from your site is that you LOVE your work and the people you interact with, which IMHO is the most important message to convey. You have gotten some great suggestions to tweak various aspects of the site, and I would agree that a little bit of tweaking will improve it even more. Also, keep in mind that at least once a year you need to update photos and information to keep it fresh and inviting... but CONGRATULATIONS are certainly in order on your site.

As far as giving your Skype name: My fear is that some guys may pretend to be prospective customers but actually want to use you for a quick cam masturbation session! If that becomes an issue, maybe you can give it out onlyto customers who seem serious and just want to see that you look like your photo.

Hey Sean... congratulations on the site. Just my 2 cents, but I too had a somewhat similar problem as FF. Scrolling down confused me at first. I actually clicked off and back on to see if I had missed something. I tried clicking on the first image and of course, nothing. By chance I just began to scroll, and "bingo"...well the rest was wonderful. Perhaps a little tweek here and there and all will be fine. Good Luck!!

Wow! What great feedback.

Thank you. I'm very appreciative to everyone that has responded. You've really given me some good suggestions in making this an informative and user friendly site.

FF: I'm actually starting a graduate Human Computer Interaction and Design program this fall. I have some experience in Web Design, but most of my professional work has been in graphic design and photography. I really enjoy being in front of and behind the camera; and, I like sites that are driven by strong images.

BigVal: To that point, however, I know that navigation can be lost, unless the images serve their purpose in pointing the user in the right direction. I'm still working out my deficiencies in coding to make it more obvious to scroll down, without it looking tacky.

Anton: Enter version 2. I want my current location and travel cities to be as fresh and fun as the rest of the site design. I already fear that the downward scrolling navigation is at the brink of being too long; so, I think it's time to integrate a new page that details my travel dates. My rates are intentionally not mentioned on the site. For the typical Daddy's, Rentboy, and Rentmen purveyor a $300/hr base is on the upper end of an escort rate, but not astronomically high for the value received. However, my site also caters to Adam4Adam, Twitter, Facebook, and Tumblr inquiries, where $300/hr can be an immediate abandon ship sticker shock! As we know, rates are flexible with timing, location, events, frequency, travel etc.; and, similar to the storefront that doesn't list the price on its wares, it sometimes takes a friendly conversation to seal the deal. I may change that in the future; but, for now, I'd prefer the truly interested to call/email me for more info and I can guide them through the nuance of the experience. I do, however, agree that I should find a clever way to feature my stats on the site. Reviews are available through the "Daddy's Reviews" link, and I'm contemplating putting in quotes from reviewers as callouts to accentuate the "don't take my word for it" attitude.

Thank you again for the compliments and suggestions everyone. I'm going to get to work on incorporating them into the site. In the meantime, give me a call, if you want to see how well this hard work translates into rock-hard work elsewhere. :-)

Feel you soon,

Sean Xavier

I found it very good to see that you mentioned the cities you travel to. What I didn't find is a calendar that shows when you plan to be there. A simple sentence that explains when you're planning to be somewhere, even if it's not final yet, could be the invitation a client needs to get in touch with you.

Anton,

I've updated the site to include a "travel schedule" link in the nav-bar & I've included a graphic calendar carousel with dates: http://www.SeanXavier.xXx/icum4u

Thanks again for the great feedback.
