If one were to review your post, it might close on the same night it opened! You suggest that you are offering us the Outer Critics Circle Nominations, but you don't. Instead, you tell us what didn't get nominated. Even at that you left out Idina Menzel! tsk tsk! Some might not even know what the Outer Critics Circle is!

(The Outer Critics Circle is the organization of writers covering New York theatre for out-of-town newspapers, national publications and other media beyond Broadway.)

The real list of nominations can be found here: http://www.theatermania.com/new-york-city-theater/news/04-2014/2013-14-outer-critics-circle-nominations-announced_68333.html

Fans here will note that our favorite musical, A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder, came out with the most nominations-11. Note that the nominations are not exclusive to Broadway shows, something the TONYS might want to consider.

My oldest nephew's brother-in-law wrote the book for "A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder". The entire family is excited and thrilled with the eleven nominations and we are all keeping our fingers crossed for the results.

Good for him. It's a terrific show!
