I am not handicapped at all, but when a concert or theatrical performance I really want to go to is totally sold out, I call the box office to buy a seat reserved for handicapped people. Those are always available, and usually quite good! This is a much better way to take advantage of privileges for handicapped people than using the handicapped door button ...
