I've been looking to hire my first escort for a few months now, but I'm looking for a guy with a great body and a face that I'm attracted to. Other than only choosing the guys who show their face, not really. You're going to come across people with Great faces, who won't have the body type you're attracted to. Or you may get both, or neither.

 

This kind of goes along with the requests to see dick pictures. I advertise on BP occasionally, but I don't show my face because too many sites lift profiles from there . and I find that the ones asking for face pic (whether or not they see the link to my website) or anything else, usually don't tend to book anyway. I'm sure many guys probably feel that if guys will see them without having to show their face, then there isn't a need to send someone an extra pic.

 

I recall 1 unsavory client invited me to see him, and after pressuring me to send a face pic claiming to "not want to have me come over and not be into it", I sent a face pic to him. He was all up for it, even came downstairs to meet me...and then upon walking out said, "I'll pass". Mind you...I had sent him a pic before meeting. Although that rarely happens, it just goes to show to motives of some people....and that guys who don't show their face probably already know that anyone pressuring too much is probably not going to go thru anyway.

For me, the face is much more important than the body. Yes, I would like a great body when I hire as well, but now matter how great someone's body is, if I don't find them to be nice looking in some way, then I have no intention of sleeping with them. Some escorts that post pictures of face and body aren't their own or are 10 years old, so seeing a face on an ad is no guarantee that is what you are going to see when you show up. Besides asking to have the escort send a recent accurate face picture, agreeing to a no obligation meet-up in a public place (rarely, but some escorts who do in-calls will agree to this if there is a place near where they host)- the only other solution that I have heard of that might work for you is briefly Skyping prior to agreeing to meet. A final option is to only hire porn actors so you know exactly how they look because they are on film.

 

My recommendation to you is to set rules and guidelines and follow them. It is not unreasonable to want to see a face picture before you hire someone. Its also a reality that some escorts will refuse to send you one. While it is the escorts right to do that, its your right and responsibility not to patronize them. Do not let any escort coerce or guilt you in to meeting by breaking your own rules. If you do show up to a meet and the person is not who they represented to be, you owe it to yourself to walk away at that moment. Don't reward trickery, bait-and-switch, and other dishonesty or it will happen again and again. There are plenty of escorts out there who do post accurate pictures for you to hire. Escorts I have personally met (off the top of my head) include Rick P of New York and Peter Hung and Paul Pratt of Las Vegas, all who look exactly like their face pictures they post.

 

I have been disappointed every single time I met someone without seeing their face picture. I have a natural tendency to imagine what someone would look like when I am not given that part of the picture (i.e. a headless torso). In every instance, what shows up never lives up to the image I created in my own head which is an instant let-down and ruins the session for me. So if the face is very important to you, don't meet up with someone who won't show you their face and find someone else that will.

For me, the face is not as important as his body. I just want someone with an exceptional body if I choose to partake in hiring an escort. Strange thing is: many of the escorts with body and fake pics turn out to be fakes. I was on a4a just the other day out of boredom. I looked in the "professional" section in several major cities, I randomly did a google search of the pics posted and over 50% of them were stolen from model mayhem, or some tumblr sight. This is ALL a matter of personal taste and there is no ABSOLUTE right or wrong. I for example require a great nude torso shot and the rest is negotiable. Lack of a nude torso shot is a definite deal breaker for me but then I'm a total body fascist. I like a face shot and a cock shot but neither are deal breakers.

A face shot is pretty important to me, but not an absolute requirement. Especially since I started hiring before internet ads, so pictures as a whole were often unavailable, you just had to trust descriptions. I'm lucky enough that I've rarely been disappointed face-wise.

1. Privacy/Family. We are open and honest with all of our social friends about what we do. However, not with our families. First of all welcome gentlemen. And I do agree with your post. There are a multitude of reasons why an escort will not provide a face pic, and I respect some ones decision not to provide one, but it's my choice not to hire if one is not provided. Personally I never/or almost never hire without a face pic. On those occasions that I have hired minus the face pic, when I was guaranteed that I would not be disappointed, mostly I have been disappointed, however I have been pleasantly surprised a few times, so I guess you just never know. Well, If the client came to the escort's house and walked away...that's not much wasted. But, if the escort went to the client's place, transportation money would be warranted. It's good karma to pay a guy even $20, even if the interest is not there. Especially if the guy was his pictures, but maybe didn't quite resemble it on the ad. If not, then God skipped over the client when he handed out the qualities of character and integrity.

Why don't you just look at the profiles with face pictures and hire one of them?

 

If they don't post face pics or are unwilling to send you one, is because they want to be discreet, they are old or ugly.

 

You already scheduled a "pre-meeting" and you didn't do it, that's a waste of time for the escort and you. Why would you bother someone with potential pre-meetings and asking for other pics when half the guys in Rentboy already have what you want some clear face and body pics.
