Yes, of course!


Steps to take:


get up regularly, walk around, and stretch, move shoulders around, walk the dog, putter around the house and then get back to the computer


ergonomic chair properly adjusted to prevent slumping lower back


watch and adjust posture regularly


try a standing desk -- I'm about to try one that can be varied in height from desktop (work in sitting position) to extended (work in a standing position


get regular massage -- preferably, with release! ;)
