One of my rental units has a mouse problem (welcome to New York), and I used that crack-sealing foam to block them out. I got some on my hands and now look like a leper. I think I should offer a discount on massage and make it up by increasing my tenant's rent for harboring unauthorized pets.

The only thing worse than mice are cockroaches.... when I lived in Texas, they were always a problem... but now living up north with the seasons, I seldom see them... not to belittle your mouse problem... I hate them too, and always have some mouse food available... they take it back to their nest and the whole batch of them die...
