I have lately been really keeping up with the latest reviews here as well as the Rentmen website. I have lately taken a real interest into rates. Here is my question rates seam to be all over the board. What does everyone feel is to high a rate for an overnight from both client and escort perspective, And from an escort perspective how are you basing your rates? Experience, reviews, location?

Overnight rates are really tricky and both the client and working guy should communicate before just going by posted ON rates. Overnights may be 8/10/12 hours with varying arrival and departure times. Personally I think $800 to $1,000 is great. $1000 to $1200 is reasonable. Anything over $1200 is high for me. These are based on 12 hour appointments.

For me, anything less than 12 hours is not an overnight and anything above 1200 is a no deal.

This is tricky. I like the idea of 12 hours but understand that many escorts prefer 8 hours. Let's say for example the guy arrives at 7 p.m. and we have dinner and return to the room around 9. With the 12 hour scenario the guy will leave at around 7 a.m. possibly after breakfast. Now with the 8 hour scenario he would be arriving at 7 p.m. and be leaving at about 3 a.m. -- more than just a little ridiculous. This all simply MUST be worked out and understood in advance of getting together.

 

Now as to rate. I am perfectly comfortable with rates between $800 and $1,200 depending on the guy. Anything over $1,200 is out of my price range. Now with that said and done if a guys comes along who has me totally hot and bothers I might go higher. I can think of only one or two guys who might fit in that category.

 

Because of the above difficulties and the fact that I like to SLEEP alone I tend to avoid overnights. I much prefer TWO separate evening get togethers of three to four hour, including dinner and in the price range of $500 to $600.

I haven't done an overnight yet, but I can tell you my thoughts on hourly rates.

 

I base my thoughts and my judgments about whether to hire someone using my three go-to guys as a baseline measure.

 

Guy one is early 40s, in great shape and charges $180 an hour. He doesn't watch the clock and discounts past one hour. We usually do 90 minute appointments

 

Guy two is late 30s, in decent shape but a great fuck nonetheless and charges $160 an hour. We usually do 90 minutes, maybe less.

 

Guy three isn't an active escort per se but dabbles in it. He's in his mid-30s, good shape and charges $100 (no set time) and three Cialis! We go anywhere from 40 minutes to 90 minutes.

 

I very much enjoy all three consistently, and they are my baseline in Atlanta and metro areas of its size or less: I look for an hourly rate of $175 to $200. Anything less and I have to wonder how serious and established this guy is and intends to be (even though I know I lucked up and found two guys for less -- but they are the exception to the rule).

 

Anything over $200 an hour, and I start to calculate how bad I want to try this new escort vs. my less expensive go-to guys. But if I'm interested and the reviews are good and the vibe is good and the timing is right, $200 (or a little less) is a slam-dunk for me.

 

If an escort is visiting and I really have the hots for him, I'll go up to $250 an hour before starting to dither. I'd do $300 an hour for a select few (say a porn star who also has a good escorting reputation) and after that, I'm not sure I'd pay anyone more than that. There are quite a few escorts in Atlanta that I'd be willing to hire again or try out if they charged $175 or $200 an hour, but they are $250 or up and just don't surpass my go-to guys. So I can't think of any reason to ever hire them unless I'm beyond horny and all three go-to guys aren't available.

 

I also look for multihour discounts. Some escorts offer them and some don't. I'm much more like to go past an hour if the escort does offer them. Also, for New York City and a few other bigger cities, I'll add $50 to each mental calculus to that formula.

 

As for an overnight, I guess I'd multiply that whole calculus by a factor of four to five. So for me, $800 to a $1,000. Anything over $1,000, and I'd have to start pondering how much I'd really want to do this.

 

I hope some of this helpful. I think the typical client on here is a little freer and easier with his money than I am.

Zack in my book not only are you generous with your time you are also very wise. Most of the guys I know who hire for overnight like to have dinner with the escort in the evening and then breakfast the next morning. That scenario works like a charm with your time frame.

 

When I look at your rate schedule I am also convinced you have the right idea. If your 11/29/2013 review schedule is still correct you charge $220 for an hour and $650 for an overnight. Makes sense to me – you would have to do three one hour appointments to equal your overnight rate and doing three one hour appointments in a 24 hour period isn’t too likely. I think your overnight is extremely generous and might even be a little low but you certainly know your market better that I.

An overnight can be anything you and the client want it to be. Sometimes overnights can just be until 4 in the morning, 7 in the morning, 12 noon, etc.

 

However, generally the earlier in the day it starts and the later in the morning it goes...you should probably expect to be given more in kind. Unless you're both going to bed pretty early and sleeping in the next day.

I've never done an overnight and am not sure if I will. Generally, the prices are higher than I'm willing to spend. The above quote got me thinking. For me, I think somewhere between 3 and 4 times the hourly rate is what I'd be willing to spend for an overnight because I'd figure on having 4-5 waking hours with the guy, and many guys offer some sort of multi-hour discount for extended sessions. If I saw a guy several times and felt like I'd enjoy seeing him first thing in the morning, then I might be willing to pay $800 (4 x a $200 hourly rate) for an overnight. However, as a general rule I'm not willing to pay extra just to have a guy sleep next to me. When I'm not sharing a bed with my wife, I really like to have the whole bed to myself so that I can sleep in the middle and not worry about anyone intruding on my space. Then again, if the overnight included a special wake up (of the sort my wife hasn't given me in years), I might be more willing to share my bed.

My overnight sweet spot is about $750, might go to $1000 in some rare circumstances. I won't hire for an overnight that will last less than 12 hours (i.e 6PM to 6AM)- and an 8 hour overnight is a bad joke. Like others have said, it should cover dinner through breakfast. I am usually quoted $1500 for a full weekend, and select that option often over the overnight. Overnights should average about 3 to 3.5X your hourly.

 

I am "weird" in that I only do either a 1 hour appointment or overnights (and longer i.e. weekend, weekly). I now strongly prefer the 1 hour appointment, but I seem to do more overnights- because the guys I am interested in are usually not in my geographical vicinity.

Well, I think that anything beyond a 2-hour hire becomes very negotiable, and, from the escort's perspective, the rate probably depends on the chemistry between you two, how much you enjoy being or traveling with the client, and so forth. What you post as your asking rate is one thing, but I have never paid an escort's posted rates for long-term hires (nor would I ever divulge in a review that I paid less than a rate the escort asked). There's an escort that I've traveled repeatedly with, and, while I pay him a decent amount, it's not a rate I could just call up an escort cold and get. Yet we're going on a trip next week, and he just sent me an e-mail indicating how excited he is about going on the trip (unprompted). I really treat him well, though, asking him what he wants to do, where he wants to eat, etc. The only time I hired a guy overnight without first doing a one-hour hire was when a guy advertised an overnight for $400. I thought that was a bargain, so I went for it and was happy with him. But some clients will pay more, so you may want to ask for more, but I would be flexible if a client who hires and you like makes a suggestion for a lower amount. I suspect that most long-term hires ultimately go for less than the posted price.

here is a tip that will take u straight to the top if u will listen: keep your rates signifigantly lower than your two or three best LOCAL competitors and ignore what the traveling guys are charging. Build your biz with LOCAL regulars! If all the guys in your market are 200 then u b one hundred and fifty and deliver a better product and/or service. If u dont have the biggest cock or hottest ass in your market then you cant help that but what you can control is being the NICEST GUY around and the most discreet.
