I have been following this fellow's ads for a while and when I had a long scheduled trip to Phoenix, I emailed him several weeks in advance to set up an appointment. He responded thoughtfully and we thoroughly discussed arrangements and plans. There were many emails in this chain. The day before the meeting, we exchanged emails to reconfirm but when I tried to call him to set some details I heard nothing back.
