Foreskin restoration - any first-hand experiences?

The thread on "Does Circumcision Lead to Less Enjoyable Sex?" brought up a curiousity I've had for a while. Have any of the members (no pun intended) here every tried the foreskin restoration techniques? I'm interested, and have googled some, and damn but they look uncomfortable and awkward. It looks like a tape that you attach to each side that over a period of time stretches the remaining skin like the removed foreskin. I can't help but wonder, just how do you pee with this tape on?
