Hi Play! I would suggest checking out the Men's Wellness spa. I have had several great massages from a very cute Asian boy named Li. I think he would fit your bill. I would never count on the extras but it does and can happen.

It seems to me that you never quite know who or what you're going to get in one of these spas. I don't know what your price range is, but for $100 or $120, you could get a quality massage from a good masseur in Manhattan on M4M or Masseurfinder. Sensual elements, too, depending on who you choose.
