So here lately I have gotten request to do in-calls however I currently do not offer them due to my current living situation. However I feel in-calls i general are a little bit scary because then the person knows where you live and that could cause some problems if things go wrong. However it is a lot more convenient. I do enjoy out-calls though in the since of feeling a lot more secure. However I suppose the question to be asked is it a good idea to have a normal hotel to book for in-calls and build that into the out call rate?

The only issue I see with using a regular hotel to book for in-calls is management. When you book a room 2 or 3 days in a week because someone requests an in-call appointment then they may become suspicious about what is going on. Just going to a hotel to meet someone on the other hand as long as you are discrete you could get by unnoticed more easily. If you are looking for an in-call location I would look for "office space" or something small you can book by the month. Then you aren't giving them your home address where you live. On the other hand you could always ask the client to book the room for you then reimburse the client for the room but that doesn't seem like the best option.

I knew a gay escort/stripper couple who would just LIVE in a hotel room for months at a time, which would be an ideal scenario for a certain type of person. I couldn't live like that.

In the past, I've split hotel rooms with guys just getting into the biz. This takes some careful planning when booking appointments with 2 other escorts doing the same thing! But this method was good for work trips with buddies.

Would you have a close friend whose place you could use by the hour? Perhaps if you line up clients in advance (as best as one can) and do a test, maybe a weekend stay in a moderately priced hotel room will be profitable for you. Good luck dude!

I saw a, now retired, escort for a number of years who would NEVER do in calls with a new client. If and when a client became a regular he would then offer to do in calls. Interestingly he always drove all the way across the LA basin to my place because he enjoyed a home cooked meal and being given the left overs to take home. I always cooked a least double what I knew we would eat. He was an incredible guy and I do most certainly miss him.

One idea would be to develop a list of moderate-priced hotels (Best Western, Holiday Inn Select, etc.) in your area and rotate among them as an incall request would come up. That way, you should be able to avoid potential problems with management and you are viewed as a "regular" guest who comes to that hotel on an infrequently frequent basis when you are "in town" on business. You should build the price of the hotel room for the night into the price of your outcall rate so you come out "on top" financially.

What is ideal, find another escort.. Develop a relationship, then get two apartments. One as a living area and the other for work. Your monthly bill for rent 900-1000 per month, depending on the city. The best city would be Chicago in the uptown area..

If your serious about business, you will go we're its best too escort..

I once had a long term relationship with an escort who lived 100 miles away. He would drive to my place where I cooked a dinner he liked and have sex. On occasion I would visit his city and book a hotel. I would also go to his place and cook dinner but we never had sex there. We went back to my hotel to have a hot time. As I look back, it now seems very strange.

I have known guys who take clients at their place, and those who only do OUT calls.

For those who let the client come to them - a couple of comments.

- Some have fairly nice (or at least neat and clean) apartments, but others... well I would be embarrassed to have someone in MY home if it was just as messy. I do feel that an escort's home is HIS HOME and I have no right to invade that space unless he is willing to invite me. IF he is willing to invite me, then the space would hopefully also be inviting (cleaned, neat, fresh linens on bed if we use it, clean towels in a somewhat clean bathroom... )

- Other escorts share a space and when one has a client IN the other has to leave and walk the streets until they are done. I find this very awkward and distasteful, which is why I prefer they meet me at my hotel or home.

A few have been welcoming - their places are nice, neat, friendly, relaxing. Mostly these are men who also do massage and most massage clients prefer IN calls to the masseur's place (who has the table, the ambiance, the lotions and oils etc...). The better masseurs/escorts meet you with tea or a cold glass or bottle of water, and invite you to feel free to use the (clean) bathroom to freshen up, shower or just clean up before and/or after the massage.

When an escort/masseur sees me at HIS place I usually bring a small shoulder bag with a clean towel, soap and toiletries for myself; this saves him cleaning up after me.

The whole idea of the escort getting the room when he can't do an "in" call is new to me. I see an escort regularly who, now, only does "out" calls. He used to do "in" calls and had a lower rate for them. I pay for the room, and I give him his "in" call rate. I do try to get a hotel that is somewhat near where he lives.

My best advice to you is this: almost all leading top male escorts offer an in-call location. Whatever it takes you need to get your own private place. It will double your biz and pay for itself immediately. To avoid in calls is to severly limit your effectiveness as an escort. Do NOT use a hotel on a regular basis. That makes u a target.
