He seems to have accrued quite a few positive reviews on RM this year. Perhaps he took a course in personal management? Although I question the 10" he lists under u-know-what. Why must everyone exaggerate? I suppose if my prefs were driven by size, I might be swayed, but no. So, can anyone here attest to his companionability?

I'm actually supposed to be seeing him this weekend. I had the same concerns regarding past critics. Still debating if I should go through with it, if not I'll give him proper advance notice. The process to booking him already threw me off for a bit when he asked for my address, email, time etc etc since it's an outcall. Luckily it won't be at my place so I didn't mind giving him a partial address. We haven't been in contact since aside from a Google Calendar email from him with all the logistics I gave to him.

I went to his RM ad and liked what I saw. I then proceeded to "hideme..." in order to read the narratives that accompanied some of his reviews, most beginning in January 2020 and ending in May or later of this year.

...truly liked his ad and pics and vids at that site as well as his reviews. ...went to his Twitter account and read and viewed what was allowed. If he were to venture to the West, to Northern California, I think I'd engage his services provided his rates were acceptable with me. (I didn't notice any place what they were.)

I think I would not have put up with some of the bullshit that you mentioned in your response. I had a guy play strange numbers on me back in February. I truly wanted to engage his services, but he was a total flake. His communication was the pits, so we failed to meet each other. I do hope that you'll have a hot experience with this gorgeously hung man.

[Photos don't always reveal the true picture. I write this because of the vids that he has accompanying his ad. They're hot and he's in full glory, being the giant of a man that I'd love to receive and....]

If it does work out, I do hope that you'll write a narrative at RM and a review at daddysreviews. Good luck!

I was in touch with him a year ago but our schedules never meshed. At that time he was based in London, Ontario, a small town west of Toronto. He was travelling sometimes to Toronto and Montreal. Now, looking at his RM, he is all over the place, including upcoming trips to London, England, and back to various places in the US. Like Covid never existed. And the travel restrictions, quarantines, etc. Things aren’t going well in the UK. Neither in many parts of the US, and now even here in Canada. I’m still seeing some regulars but being fairly prudent. Certainly not looking at international travel. Most of my regular international guys are staying put.

Yeah I messaged him earlier today just to check-in. He responded saying he can't wait for our session tomorrow. I had to remind him that our session is on Saturday, not Friday. He hasn't responded since. The communication has definitely been quiet. I'm definitely leaning on cancelling and giving him the heads up tomorrow morning.

Yeah he's based/lives in London, ON. This summer he's had trips to a few Canadian cities, but yeah it looks like he's taking the show outside of Canada to the U.S. and overseas.

Is it any wonder why some escorts are requesting deposits? You have a confirmed appointment and still feel free to cancel. I'm sure that happens a lot. How many times have we all read a post from someone saying he's confirmed for a session but wants more information to be sure if he should go through with it. The time for second guessing is before you confirm. On the other hand, if an escort cancels after a session has been confirmed, he's lambasted as a flake, time waster, etc. It cuts both ways.

Well put and I 100% agree. As I typed my previous post I actually felt bad when I actually thought about things. With that being said, I'm hoping I hear back from him, especially since he had the day and timing wrong. If I feel comfortable I'll move forward and have a fun session, If not, again I'll move on with enough advance notice. Moving forward I'll remember this and make sure I'm that much more sharper.

This is an inherently personal and complicated process, and it speaks quite well of you that you are approaching it with this level of thoughtfulness and integrity.

So just an update. We never met so I hope this doesn't count as a provider review. This is the short, quick break down anyways.

Anyways, the session didn't go through, but not because I cancelled. Pretty much I finally heard from "James" yesterday, mentioned during the convo I'd hand over his donation when the session is done. I guess that stuck a nerve because he said he mentioned previously he only takes a donation at the beginning, said this was getting complicated and proceeded to block me. While he did mention his donation process before, when I offered an alternative for partial upfront he never responded to that option (this was during our 1st conversation locking in a date/time).

*shrugs*

I would take the experience with a grain of salt.

Despite reading that most forum members here give donation after service,

the truth is that most providers in Toronto ask for the donation on arrival.

I don't have a problem with that and if they ask, I just leave it in a visible place in an envelope.

I've never had a bad experience following that process.

"James" is a well-known escort in GTA with good tracking history and several good reviews on RM.

I would say that given the demand for his services he shrugged on you as well.

Even though he has a hot c*ck, the whole package is no longer appealing to me.

I have only had one escort in Toronto ask for the donation up front and in that case I did show him his donation which I had already placed in an envelope and was sitting on the bedside table in the hotel room. That was for a two hour session. I may benefit from the fact escorts can access my profile on RM since that is where I found them and contacted them in the first place. Also the fact I have extensive communications prior to the date over several weeks since in many cases I am booking an overnight. Also being a premium client on RM gives me some creds, I suppose as I am in a group that is not known to stiff their providers. All of which is to say ymmv.?

Yes, that helps too. I try to keep a good reputation as a client as well.

What I meant is that if the escorts don't "see" the donation in a visible place they will ask for it but won't pick it up on the spot and leave.

Thank God that's never happened to me.

trying to connect with him while hes in lauderdale in december ... but wonder how he's crossing the border...maybe it'll all be open by then

You can make plans, but don't count on it. We're heading into flu season. And in much of the US and even more of Canada, that coincides with conditions that drive people indoors. It'll be a bumpy winter.

There is nothing preventing travellers, including Canadian residents, from flying to the US right now and it has been that way since the land border was closed in March. This loophole was not explained by the government here at the time so we all thought only essential workers could travel to the States. The problem is when you come back to Canada, as most would want to if they live here, is that on your return you have to self isolate for 14 days. And they are stepping up checking on people who return to ensure they are complying with the quarantine. There are hefty fines for not doing so but apparently not many have been handed down.

With national border crossings, that's always an issue. You may be able to go someplace but not return. Different treatment of similar circumstances based on different priorities of the two or more governments. With covid, it's a much broader and more probable obstacle to crossing borders.

Enh I wouldn't say that. I'll give the benefit of the doubt and say 50/50 chance but in my short experience hiring in Canada only 1 provider before "James" has asked for upfront donation, and that guy was eventually fine with a partial upfront.

But yeah like you said "James" feedback history and him being somewhat of a veteran helps.

Canadians can travel to the U.S. by air. It's by land where the border crossing is closed. If you do end up flying to the U.S. when you return you'll have to self-quarantine for 14 days. And if you break self-quarantine you're subject to a big fine and charges.

I have a buddy I connected with last year on a dating app and he's located in Detroit. We were finally planning to get together in March but then the pandemic hit. I would drive to him right now since Michigan is only a 3-4 hour drive away but land travel is not allowed, even though it would be the safest in my scenario. Flying an hour for fun and then having to quarantine for 14 days is pointless. He even travels here once a week for work but thats been haulted to on his side.

You didn’t seem to understand my message. I was only referring to the Canada-US border. I know things have been incredibly in flux concerning other countries and their border controls. But here, no Canadian resident is prevented from returning home if they have travelled abroad, including the US, during this border shutdown which has been in effect since March. The Canadian government has made certain alterations to the ban Including family situations but the rule remains if you come back, and no-one is going to stop you, you must self isolate for 14 days.

I understood. There's a spectrum of what "closing" means, just as the term "lockdown" is too broadly used to refer to everything from lowering indoor capacity at bars to requiring masks when shopping to recommending self-quarantining if you have symptoms that may be covid related.

I'm sorry if I confused matters. The point I was focused on is that if one's going to cross borders, one has to be on top of both countries' approaches. For now, self-quarantining is the course "required" in a number of U.S. states, but there's no monitoring in most places to ensure compliance. At some point, especially if the virus spikes in more places as is likely, I expect some states will start to limit travel with additional measures.

Yes I Think I now get what you were saying. During this pandemic, people have been caught in places where they could not return to their own countries even though their countries would have permitted them entry If they could have arrived at the border. I personally am only travelling within my own province on a very limited basis these days because I can keep track of the local situation very easily. I wouldn’t venture abroad because everything is changing day to day and there;’s too much uncertainty. That being said, I know of some escorts who are successfully crossing borders into and out of the US and seem to be having a fun time in the US. I’ve been in touch with them recently by text and so stay in touch with what they are doing.
