OnLine Gambling

Since this is a forum for any topic, and the group that regularly posts seem friendly and helpful, I thought I would ask here first.

 

Since most here have at least 1 sin, I was wondering if there are any gamblers:) I specifically want to know if anyone uses on line wagering. I live in Vancouver and the 100+ day transit strike is making it hard for me to get to the track.

By online gambling, do you mean sports betting or casinos? If casinos, I don't think they are regulated, it has to be a losing proposition. If you play perfectly, you might have even odds or slightly under at the casino but online, I'm positive you don't have anywhere near that. I'd stay away!

 

If you mean sports betting, I would think that it's worthwhile, if you find a reputable place. I realized a long time ago that I didn't know as much about sports as I thought I did, so I've limited my sports betting to the office pool and my occasional visits to Las Vegas.

 

Let us know if you find a good place, just in case I get the occasional urge.

I play Baccarat almost exlusively. Sometimes I play craps.

 

I play in the online casino that is linked at the top of this page. I do not make big wagers, but so far I am on the positive side.

 

I wish other people who play baccarat would join me because they have multi-player tables, which makes me feel more comfortable about the win/loss odds.

 

Baccarat, for those who don't know, has the best odds in any casino - almost 50/50.

 

Because of full disclosure issues, I have to tell you that if you play on the casino that is linked and the top of this page and you lose, I get a small portion of your loss.

I am not so much looking for casino wagering, though I may dust off my baccarat skills. I mostly like sports wagering, mainly the ponies. I had an interest in a race horse at one time, an eductational experience, certainly not a profitable one.
