To take slight twist on Hooboy's comment about contributions. I was curious if many of the reviewed escorts contribute to this site, or feel the obligation to do so. I know the cash comes comes in anonymously, but wondered if the site operators had any feel if the cash is mostly from clients or from escorts. Or, is it assumed since this helps clients become more informed consumers, we should bear the responsibility.

 

The last young man I spent an afternoon with tactfully hinted that he would be most grateful if I were to write a m4m review. We had an awesome time, so he was safe to assume it would be a postive review.

 

I told him that I found his services via this site, so I was grateful, and happy to give he and other readers some insight. He went on to say that the site is very influential. Said some guys made a lot of contacts from the site, and others were put out of business (in most cases with justification).

 

Then I mentioned the site is free, and in effect it is an excellent advertising tool for him. He agreed. So, I asked if he contributed to the very same resource that makes him flush with cash. He said he hadn't even thought of "giving back", but now he certainly will.

 

Since the site has helped me with some selections, but more importantly shared some ideas and expectations, I was happy to contribute. Just for the writing lessons and entertainment value alone makes it worth signing over all my webvan stock.

If so, I hope they made it anonymously. More importantly, I hope all escorts have the good sense not to respond to this question either way. Put simply, this is a no-win issue not unlike the question "Have you Stopped Beating Your Wife". There is no good answer.

 

Escorts contributing will be taken by some as an attempt at influence buying and escorts on record declining to contribute won't engender much in the way of warm fuzzy feelings by those who think they are benefitting in a big way from this site and should help pay the freight.

 

Let's leave the guys out of this one -- damned if they do, damned if they don't.

But, it is still a good suggestion.

 

As a rule, I make a $20.00 contribution everytime I have a positive experience with a guy I find on this site. That is a small amount of the money compared to what I could have lost on a bad experience.

 

Escorts might consider a similar rule - every M4M client rates a contribution, anonymously, of course.

Yes, you are correct. Guess didn't think it all the way through. I know money is to be anonymous, but any response here would certainly identify someone.
