Scott - so true! I read somewhere that agencies (being organized crime already - well, at least the good ones are organized) are often targeted by police who for some reason think that they would know something about selling drugs. And I truely believe that here in Houston, where there hasn't been a successful local agency for about a decade, one of the reasons that I was entrapped was that since my partner and I were advertising together, we looked like an agency to several people.

I have never heard anything about assumed connections between Escort Agencies and drug trafficing, but I can't say that such a preposterous and illogical assumption being made by law enforcement agencies would surprise me. Little they say or do surprises me anymore.

It would be quite logical to assume, however, that when the police are organizing these undercover sting operations, that the first place they would look to find potential violators would be in advertisements.

The more ads and publicity you have running at any given time, truly, you will attract more business and from more locales. But, on the other hand, the more you promote your agency, the more likely the chances that yours will be one of the ads colorfully displayed in the magazine from which the vice cop solicits his suspects. I mean, the objective is for your ad to stand out from all the rest, but shit! Is it really worth it?

Kind of like a raffle, I guess. The more times you place your name into the fishbowl, the more likely the chances that yours will be one of the ones to be pulled out. CONGRATS!!

Uh, oh!! I feel a new thread coming on... :-)

Thanks for your input!!

Scott

I do not think that agencies are only for those that are timid or inexperienced. I travel a great deal. Although I hire both independently and through services, I have hired hundreds of escorts and do not consider myself a novice. Sometimes I prefer going though an agency. I have a good relationship established with several agencies and do not mind the extra money spent.

Pickwick... I think that the bottom line is to hire an escort that really attracts you. Some of them happen to work for agencies. I recently completed an "escort" vaction where I hired 8 different boys in 3 different cities. 6 were independents, and 2 were agency boys. There was one dud, and he was an independent. There were 2 STARS... and one was an independent and one was an agency boy. I don't consider myself either timid or inexperienced. I consider myself someone who tries to get what he really wants... sometimes that means going with an agency because they have the cute boy that you want!

Yes, I felt i needed to write in for the first time. I have been using Chelsea Guys in NY for over 3 years. I think they been around for about 4 years. I have tried using others including fly by night agencies and only got burnt. You see i use a credit card.I can truly say that they are the only one i trust plus the guys are great. One time i did not like the guy, i called up,they said no problem. The others like Campus Or Maximum are too new. Maximum is no longer taking credit cards, so something is up with them, plus when the guy arrives he never looks like the picture. Campus has sent me guys that are not happy working there,i don't like hearing that so i don't use them either. I live in NY so Chelsea Guys are great for me, but i recommend them to anyone visiting here.

Anthony: I agree that some guys on that website at Chelsea Guys are really hot and cute. But I am from out of town, and I visit NYC a lot. But everytime I email Chelsea Guys with a question about a specific guy, no one answers me. This has bothered me enough that I don't use them. Campus always responds within 24 hours, and although I have never used Maximum, they also respond quickly. Any suggestions as to how I get Chelsea Guys to answer my questions?
