I just wanted to call attention to my favorite gay comic book character. For those of you who have never heard of Camili-Cat, let me introduce the world's favorite gay extraterrestial male felinoid :9 (actually, the *only* gay extraterrestial male felinoid, but we will let that ride for the moment).

 

Born of the fertile imagination and artistic talents of (young and handsome) Canadian gay erotic cartoonist Patrick Fillion, Camili-Cat has been waving his shapely and furry slut-butt around since at least 1999. I wish I knew how to post pics on this board as this "cat" has to be seen to be believed (That butt! Those pecs! That humongous...!). :9

 

In any case, the curious can drop in at http://www.patrickfillion.com and have a look at some of Patrick's work. There is now even a *whole* comic book devoted to Camili-Cat called "Camili-Cat: purrfection" which comes in two cover versions. The first has the kitty's private parts discreetly covered with a baseball cap, while the "adult" cover maintains a degree of erotic ambiguity as to exactly what protein-based liquid is gracing our feline friend's butt.

 

OK, here's the escort tie in. Patrick has another comic book called "Satisfaction Guaranteed" which is supposedly about a mega male-escort agency that has become the world's leading company (Eat your shorts, Gates! ), and Camili-Cat makes a cameo appearance in the alien abduction spoof in volume 2. :9

 

I admit to being an addict. I buy everything with Camili-Cat on it. I would even buy a Camili-Cat teeshirt (though I am not sure I could wear one without getting arrested; the pics *are* a bit over the top.) if any were on sale. Drop in on Patrick's website and have a look at the wonder that is Camili-Cat, and browse around at the rest of the stuff there. Keep in mind that it's all in Canadian $$ so the price is bound to be right, *assuming* you can smuggle your loot across the border without setting off those porn buzzers. ;-)

Well, from the flood of responses I must conclude that purr (sic) Camili-Cat doesn't turn anyone else's crank. :-(

It's in French, but the dialogue isn't the high point of the strip anyway. }> More significantly though, it's hard to follow on the screen. But all you have to do is print it out in enlarged format and you will have your very own Camili-Cat story you can show your family and friends (those who won't freak out at any rate). :9

Don't give up on responses already. You just posted the original today, frhvnssks! I hadn't heard of him yet, but then, I'm more of a Marvel man than a sexy comics man. But don't get me started on some of the things the new administration there has been doing to some of my favorite characters lately! Anyway, I checked out the site this morning and was impressed and titillated. I intend to check my comicbooks store, and, more likely, my gay bookstore to see if they have the books, soon. Thanks for bringing him to my attention. And, everybody else, although the picture the description above brought into my mind was hot, the real artist's pictures are a different kind of hot, so try it for yourselves.

Aha! I was sure someone would fall for him (everyone in the strip seems to :-) ). You can also order direct from Class Enterprises at the address I gave in the first post.

 

They even do special orders. When I said I wanted everything with Camili-Cat on it and bemoaned the paucity of merchandise available, they pulled out some 17 Camili-Cat sketches Patrick was saving up for a deck of cards to be sold in Europe (Camili-cat is hot in France, apparently), and made 17x11 prints of them for me at about $11 CDN each (that's about $7.50 US).

 

Perhaps I should have mentioned that even though the strip you can see on the Internet is in French, the comic books are available in English. If your local gay bookstore doesn't have any Camili-Cat, start picketting. Demand your Camili-Cat now! :-)
