I got this same pic attached to an e-mail today (from a str8 female friend), but it carried the caption:

 

"Carlos counts his balls, and then his blessings!"

It's not THAT humorous to me since a good friend just lost a testicle to cancer. (True story.) But I'm not going to ask anyone to be PC about it.
