Well, God gave me some great qualities but he passed me by on the penis side :-( . I've thought about getting the surgery, Phalloplasty, done where they cut a ligaments and this allows more of your dick to be available. I'm wondering if any of you know of anybody who has had this surgery and the results. Is there any one place better than another to have it done. Or am I a complete idiot for thinking about this. Erect I'm a tad shy of 4", so this isn't just ego.

People who don't have this problem don't understand how it effects you self-confidence and you outlook on you sexual life. I would love to hear you thoughts, good and bad about this.

If you check the archives of this site there is a long thread that discusses this issue. The consensus as I understand it is that surgery is a bad idea. The discussion then veered off into a controversy about who has the emotional problem: guys with small dicks who are insecure about it, or society at large for overvaluing the horse-hung. I’d be scare to do undergo this procedure. I think my two main concerns will be functionality and reconstruction. Like where are those extra inches coming from? Is my penis going to work the same as before? Will it get rock hard or will it be kinda floppy?
