G'day, all!

Have been sitting here in Sydney the past 18 months ogling this site. Finally, I have my trip to the Northern Hemisphere planned for October. Thanks to you blokes, I have the escorts picked out.

A bit of help is needed with lodging. Have done my homework, so hopefully, my queries won't be redundant. From downunder it is cheaper to fly around the world rather than Sydney/East Coast,USA/Sydney. Hence, I need some recommendations for lodging in

1]Berlin-guess the escort

2]Barcelona-is Hotel Sant'Angelo still the place to stay

3]Bilbao[?]-is it worth the stopover?

4]London-Hooboy didn't get much of a response earlier this year, so would be pleased for any recommendations.

Once I hit the USA, should be all right, except I misplaced the address for the hotel in NYC, I think, on West 44th????

Further to that, what is this about getting past the concierge, with a GUEST, even if you are staying there? Helpful hints would be appreciated.

LA-I hate driving. So can you get to WEHO reasonably from LAX and then still get around without a car. ATTN-Hagen The Summerfield Suites were close to your place, how close are they to the action, in case you decide not to fall in love with me for a couple hours?

Lodging price range-4 star hotel.

Thanks, lads, for any assistance you can give. Can't wait for the experience. Cheers! Richard.

Bilboa is worth the stop- cannot remember where I stayed- but I have never been so moved by a building- Gehry is really awesome- but as an aussie you should know Ted Hughes (ne aussie but now a yank!) who praises the building as the first art work of the the 21st century. blu

LAX is about a $40 taxi ride to WeHo. There are cheaper shuttles, easier to get for the return trip. Ramada Inn in WeHo is the nicest, $119 and up. It is surprisingly easy to drive from LAX to WeHo. La Cienega St runs from the auto rentals to within 1/2 block of the Ramada.

swallows,

you have done your homework! You must have greedily read every post. An impressive distillation of several months' worth of posts. I hope you have a fantastic time "up over", and I hope someday that I will be able to see down under.

Swallows, You don't talk often, but when you do, it's sweet, mate. Glad you're still around and even more happy that you'll be getting around. Please let your lips flap a little looser when its time to brag about all the wonderful times you've had.

Thanks, men for your help. Much appreciated. And to my mate in Houston[unless I got it all wrong], thanks for those nice words. If I were coming along the Southern route, would stop in for a spot of tea or a glass of good Aussie red-supplied by me, of course. Cheers!
