Or in other words the fun some use to have prior to the era of A.I.D.S... and apparently some still enjoy. While I am not personally into many of the above these were some very fun times when the only way you might die from sex is if your heart gave out

Not necessarily. It can often just refer to someone's voraciousness and hunger for dick or ass.

I have more than a few clients who refer to themselves as "pigs" but who are not into anything unsafe or anything remotely resembling S&M and would not like to be associated with that type of activity. Thanks for the info. The scope of piggy-skills may be a little too broad for me as I really play on the safe side; always! The recent popularity of barebacking has me kind of nervous but; Dean Conrad, in my opinion, seems like a "real-man" type hottie. :o)

I think this reply is misleading in implying that there is some connection between all of these activities and AIDS. Most of them may be dangerous in other ways, but only barebacking has any causal connection to AIDS.

I agree with Rick Munroe that a piggy escort--or client--is simply someone who enjoys sex without inhibitions, not someone who engages in any specific act.
