I just got back from several wonderful days with my favorite icthyologist. We stayed at what is now one of my FAVORITE hotels, Las Ventanas. I'm very much ELOISE when it comes to Hotels, and this is by far the best in Mexico and one of my world-favorites.

It's part of the Leading Hotels of the World as well as at T&L and Conde Naste favorite, and I believe also received 5 diamonds and 5 stars from AAA and Mobil respectively. What was nice in this case is that unlike many other similarly awarded hotels, Las V deserves the accolades.

I want to stay there with my monkey, but he's only able to go on weekends and they require a 3 night stay on weekends (cheeky, but I can forgive them given how wonderful the place is). My question is if anybody here knows of a website or service that handles reservations at this hotel that may allow me to bypass their stringent requirements? If you have a magic Travel Agent, please email me at leandream1@rodhagen.com with their contact information and I will contact that representative from a respectable email address. Any other assistance please post here. Thank you very very much for any leads you can offer.

Hagan,

It looks very nice, and maybe in my sixth decade I'll try it. The last time I was in Mexico, I was duck hunting on the Yucatan Peninsula south of Campeche. The hunting lodge was awesome.

If you want a world-class hotel, with activities that will actually make you sweat, I just came back from the explora ( http://www.explora.com )in Patagonia. Torres del Paine is off the charts.

Later.

Find someone who was never able to vote for Jimmy Carter and has money and do your dance of the seven veils.

PS. I thought ski resorts had a high percentage of hot studs...Hagan, in this park, and only 50,000 people visit each year, not a one had been hit by the ugly stick, let alone twice as in most resorts. An incredible variety of very sexy men.
