Escorts (but not as escorts) on cruising sites

There are times when I am on a cruising (for sex) site, I see an

escort who uses the same picture and similar profile. In some

cases, when it is an escort I know, I note but I don't chat with

them - cause I don't want to mix their business with their

pleasure. (Sometimes the differences are more interesting than

anything else)

 

Now on a NYC-centric site, I know of at least 5 escorts who are

reviewed here on it. Do escorts worry about people recognizing

from one site to the other?

I once came across a fellow on a gay irc channel whose

picture I recognized as that of an advertised escort.

I tried to ask to him about a possible session, and

he said he had no idea what I was talking about.

 

I never found out whether someone was posting someone

else's photo, or what. My guess is that the guy didn't

want his escort work to become gossip among the people

he knew on irc, so he denied it. But who knows.

I had tried to contact the escort through the email address

in his escort ad, but the email bounced. Only after that did

I try to approach him in the non-escort setting. And when I

did that, it was through a private message to him. I would

never have made a public remark about who I thought he was.
