OK I am making my second trip to New York City. My first one was about 6 years ago. Back then, I stumbled upon two restaurants in Greenwhich Village and am curious if they are still there.

The first was called, I think, the "Pot Bellied Pig." I don't remember the name of the second, but I think it was across the square from the Duplex. It was French, not that good, but the waiters performed acrobatics between courses. Fun in an off-beat way.

Any assistance is appreciated.

The first one is/was probably Dave's Pot Belly on Christopher Street - used to serve omelets, burgers, etc. If this is it, it's also gone.
