I went to the Nob Hill week before last. It was Saturday and it was about midnight. Nothing going on.... What's with this place?

 

There were a few dancers there but they were only interested in private shows. They could at least dance. Pretty sorry experience.

 

Can you have fun there without a private show???

Unfortunately the place has gone down hill over the last year. You can actually have more fun at the New Meat Campus theatre, except it's in a much worse neighborhood. The dancers even at the Nob Hill have gone down hill. Ever since they stopped doing private shows downstairs, the quality and quantity of dancers have just vanished. I only went when Jeff Palmer was the headliner. At least he was entertaining (the blow job autograph signing session was unbelievable).

i was in sf for a few days just last week. the nob has really gone down. not only were there not many hot dancers, there were hardly any customers. i can't say that the campus was much better. why is it that california has hardly any places with hot dancers who like to play? it seems to me that the midwest is much better!

That is really too bad about Nob Hill. I have had some fun times there in the past with some cute dancers. Being a fan of cute faced twinky boys, some of my favorite memories are with these, many of whom have now left... like Logan and Rico. But does anyone know if Jared is still there. Now there is a cute boy who is worth the price of admission. In fact, he is probably cuter than any "headliner" that they could ever bring to that place! Speaking of headliners, hired Richie Fine off the Nob Hill stage in the past. He is very cute in and of his own right. Like I said, too bad it has gone downhill!

From someone that has never had the opportunity to visit the Nob in person, I have spent a fair amount of time watching the feeds over the net.

 

The feeds of late have had very serious problems. Currently only 5 of the 8 work. During Tony Cummings visit they were down alot of the time. They have been working sporatically(sp) for quite awhile (not to mention poor resolution).

 

However, during Tiger's appearance this week, he kept the other dancers entertained in the dressing room. They seem to really enjoy him! The next time someone goes, please tell Mike Nichols he's got a fan in Texas & when I every get there, I'm gonna have a private with him (if he does them).

I used to work at both the Nob Hill and the Campus. I had a MUCH better time at the Campus for a number of reasons.

 

One, the Campus allows almost anything to happen--sucking and fucking were regular features during my shows.

 

Two, the Campus doesn't hire "straight" performers--the Nob Hill does.

 

Three, the Campus has a private room to meet with performers after their shows--the Nob Hill only has tiny booths that aren't designed for two people, plus other performers can see inside them from the shower area.

 

The Campus schedules the regular performers for only one hour per day, the Nob Hill usually requires 3 or 4 shows per day, although it's generally only for 3-4 days per week, while the Campus is every day.

 

The Campus encourages customers to get naked and get off wherever you'd like! The Nob Hill has many restrictions and likes to pretend that it's "above" explicit sex. I always told people that the Nob Hill is a tease--the Campus is about the real thing!

 

Man, I'm just going on and on--but I mean everything I say! The Nob Hill allows women to be admitted--I even heard they're now building a "ladies lounge." The Campus doesn't allow women, and has no plans to in the future.

 

But the main reason I left the Campus was the fact that it's sometimes very difficult to make money there. Burnout is common when you do the same thing day after day, and when you're hardly making money, it just makes things even more difficult. The funny thing is that with escort clients, each individual is unique, so it's never become boring for me!

 

Regarding the pay at the Campus and Nob Hill, neither club pays their house performers--the income is all from tips. Only the headliners are paid. Some days I made a couple hundred dollars, which was great! Other days I walked out with less than $20. There were even a few shows were I made less than $5. I know that I was popular, especially at the Campus, because I was much more openly sexual than most of the other guys. But as much fun as it was, the reality is that it's difficult to "keep it up" day after day, show after show, knowing that you may walk out with $2 for your efforts.

 

I may work at the Campus again someday--I hope I do. It was fun and I love being sexual with a different audience every night. But I won't be doing it for the money, that's for sure!

Dear Marc Anthony,

The cams do not have the best of resolution & the pics on the Nob Hill's site are not exactly current in some cases. Daddy-in-Training had to help me identify one of the guys because the pic on the site is very different.

 

As far as Jared, he doesn't ring a bell, but I'll keep an eye out for him & post a screen capture.
