Has anyone actually been to the Gay Mega-Plex in Providence, RI? What's it like?? Traditional bathhouse, or peep shows--is it safe/clean?

I have never been but these reviews all suggest it's the kind of place that's rundown, not well maintained, and kind of rough. That could be very intriguing or it could be disappointing. It all depends on what you're looking for and what you expect. Probably why the yelp reviews are so extreme: people either love it or hate it.
