Gay Brothels

Is there such a thing as a gay brothel in the US? Aaron seems to suggest so in the FAQ. I've heard of such things for straights. I'm not talking about Nevada; I've heard that in Manhattan and various other places gents can go to a classy house where they can socialize with the "ladies" while making their choice. I think someone told me that in Amsterdam they have clubs like that for gay guys. I don't suppose we are lucky enough to have one in L.A.? Underground, of course.

These "Houses of Boys" are actually all over Europe, as I've been in them from Amsterdam to Frankfort, Madrid, Barcelona, London and Prague. They are sure easier than the bars as you can sit and relax in a room with the guys sitting there too... and you just decide which one suits you, wink, and off you go.

 

In the States, it would be nice too, but think our laws make it more than difficult, unless they are an up-scale hustler bar with rooms upstairs. BUT if anyone has other news, please shout.

There are also several gay brothels in Australia. I went to a very nice one in Sydney and there are a few others there. There are also a couple in Melbourne.

 

I guess since the US is so hung up on pretty much all things sexual it's not surprising that we haven't got any here. But maybe an agency like Premier in Philly is close to the same thing since they have their house that you can go to...

Also MAXIMUM Escorts in NYC has their own place. But as people say, the US is a bit too puritanical (or too hypocritical) to entertain the idea of legalizing these as is done in other countries. Too bad they don't see the income from taxes they'd get!!! Heck that's one tax I'd gladly pay rather than the taxes on alcohol or tobacco. And less dangerous to one's health :-)

 

But until that happens, guess we are all forced to travel for such fun, so off again to London, Hamburg, Frankfort, Berlin, Barcelona, Amsterdam, Madrid, Bangkok, and Sydney!!

Instead, I'm moving to Amsterdam and I'm going to open my own brothel. Fortunately, I vote absentee and the old cliche about it's that one vote that make may a difference may actually come true.

Pick up the gay paper in Sydney (The Sydney Star Observer, I think) and it will have ads in the back for all the brothels. I imagine the Spartacus guide or the Damron guide should also have a listing. I think the online agency called Melrose has a house of boys, but I'm not sure of that.

 

The place I went (7 years ago now) was in a very nice terrace house in the gay neighborhood. I went in the afternoon so there were only a couple of boys working. They had me sit in the living room and each boy came in and introduced himself. Then the guy running things came back and asked if I saw anyone I liked. The rooms upstairs were also quite large and very nice. It was a fun time. Everyone was very friendly everywhere I went in Sydney. It's a great city.
