Well, the details are probably juicy, but I don't think you'll want to hear them. The word going round a couple of years ago was that Dean had not only retired from porn, but from being a guy, too. One of my reasons for resurrecting this thread, which started 7 years ago, was to correct the record about Kevin Dean as it appeared in this thread. I guess whenever an escort/porn actor retires, there is some speculation about what happened to him and some of it is clearly over the top.
